We've had our feet in the shoe industry for over fifty years. Since we started in 1971, we've remained dedicated to creating trendsetting shoes for people from every walk of life, and have been able to watch our family company grow from a small manufacturer to a globally-recognized fashion house. Eventually, we expanded into the three unique brands of the Laundry Club: Chinese Laundry, CL By Laundry, and Dirty Laundry, as well as our fourth luxury-footwear brand, 42 Gold. NEW WAREHOUSE LOCATION: 6714 E North Belt Road, Las Vegas, NV 89115 ( Not on the GPS yet- Navigate to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. From the 15 Freeway exit Speedway/Hollywood. Turn left pass the Motel 6, Then left on Hollywood. Turn left into the new warehouses, look for the building with number 6714).

Hiring full time permanent position. Work hours 7 am to 3:30 pm and 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM with overtime and possible weekend work.

PAY RATE: Salary $37,440.00 yearly

Warehouse Lead - Las Vegas Facility

We seek an experienced Warehouse lead with proven track record in overseeing warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, retail/B2B orders, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of goods receiving, storage, and dispatch, as well as leading and supporting the warehouse staff. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of goods.

- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, ensuring accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

- Provide leadership and support to warehouse team members, communicating job expectations

- Assign workloads.

- Collect records of items, including forklift daily inspections

- Identify areas for improvement

- Partner with the warehouse manager and warehouse supervisor to lead and manage any physical inventory or cycle count requested internally or externally.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse lead

- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

- Previous experience in a high-volume fulfillment/distribution center for B2B/Retail/Amazon FBA orders.

- Knowledge of routing guides for retail orders.

- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:

- This position will be lead to and assist warehouse supervisor and manager in operations and value-added service (retail order) production team members at the Las Vegas, NV facility.

Work Environment:

- Wide variations in environmental temperature (non-temperature-controlled DC), noise, and moving equipment.

This is an exempt position, some weekend work is required.
