We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. They will also be responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing cash transactions, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer inquiries from guests about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
• Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and directions.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all guest information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
