Responsibilities:
Teach youth bicycling programs for ages 2-5 years old, both indoors and outdoors in Bentonville!
Provide engaging and effective coaching sessions to help children learn how to pedal and ride bicycles confidently.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages children of all abilities to participate and succeed.
Collaborate with fellow coaches to create a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a growth mindset while working with children to ensure a successful learning experience.
Use your passion for early childhood development and bicycling to inspire and motivate young learners.

Qualifications:
Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
Availability during weekdays (9am to 12pm and/or 1pm - 4:30pm) for Preschool Classes
Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs to set up equipment and bikes.
Successful completion of a background check.
