We are a towing company seeking a hardworking, friendly, honest, upbeat individual for to join our outstanding team!
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities include:
-Answering Business Calls- Inbound/Outbound
-Managing Dispatch through Towbook App
-Some Data Entry
-Office Assistance / Clerical
- Light cleaning
-General duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Good Computer & typing Skills
-Good Communication Skills
- Phone etiquette
- Excellent attendance a must
- Positive attitude
- We are open 24/7 including holidays and they are mandatory
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role required.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
- Ability to work weekends as needed
