Job Title: Server/Closing Evening Supervisor
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, dedicated, long term employee to join our team, and eventually train in as one of our Front Of House Supervisors. This position requires great customer service skills, team skills and the ability to be fair, but uphold the Bull Mountain Grille standards with staff. Serving a section along with closing down the restaurant a few nights a week, handling money and checking out the team are part of the duties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service team on a shift to shift basis.
- Collaborate with the managers, owners, and other supervisors on keeping the business flowing and upholding standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in motivating the staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of casual dining service experience, and preferred supervising skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in POS and food and beverage knowledge.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Bartending or Food Service industry
- Familiarity with POS system
- Understanding of Food Handling regulations and best practices
- Hospitality industry experience
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of Food Production processes
- Experience conducting interviews
