Blaze Real Estate, a leading real estate and property management company serving the entire Texas Panhandle, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our properties' appearance and curb appeal while providing valuable support to our primary technicians. Responsibilities:

• General Landscape Duties: Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and mulching to ensure the properties under our management look their best.
• Shrubbery Maintenance: Prune, trim, and shape shrubs and bushes to maintain their health and appearance.
• Power Washing: Use power-washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces as needed.
• Loading Assistance: Assist primary technicians in loading heavy equipment, tools, and supplies onto company vehicles or trailers.
• Running Parts: Fetch and deliver necessary parts, tools, or supplies to primary technicians as requested.
• Real Estate Sign Placement: Set up and place real estate signs on properties in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and its maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to be insurable.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to perform landscape labor tasks.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
