Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a retail environment and has a passion for gardening and lawn care.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge or interest in gardening, lawn care, or related products
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
