Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Activities Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors through engaging and stimulating activities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a diverse activities program tailored to the residents' interests and abilities
- Organize and lead group activities, events, and outings
- Provide one-on-one support for residents who require individualized attention
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure residents' social, emotional, and physical needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in dementia care and memory care activities
- Knowledge of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Background in social work or related field preferred
- Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home environments
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently
- Proficiency in aging issues counseling

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
