Brimstone Bakery in Sharon Springs, NY is looking for one business assistant to join our team. We are located on 922 Chestnut St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, hardworking and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls and web inquiries
• Invoice client purchase orders
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Contact wholesale clients on a weekly basis to collect orders and communicate changes and business updates
• Keep up-to-date records of Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Place orders for ingredients, packaging, and office supplies
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system
• Plan and schedule social media posts
• Maintain website and POS

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technologies that includes Excel, QuickBooks, Clover POS and Social Media
• Experience coordinating Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Food Service and Wholesale experience preferred
• Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Marketing Required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
