• responsible for Maintaining clean, sanitary stock of dishes and utensils.
• operates dishwasher machine safely, running dishes through cycle allowing to fully dry and restocks in designated storage areas properly.
• Removes garbage bags that are full and replaces with new clean bags, cleaning out cans when soiled.
• Cleans tables, sanitizes equipment and tables; other cleaning duties as assigned in dining area and kitchen/ work area.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work area. ensures safe storage of dish carts and other related equipment.
• responsible for logging information on cleaning lists, as well as dishwasher operating information. (water temperatures, sanitizer PH levels etc)
• Sweeping and mopping Kitchen and dining room areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.20 - $16.40 per hour
