We are a real estate ownership and professional services firm in need of an experienced bookkeeper to work in a hybrid environment. We offer a flexible work schedule and diverse portfolio to assets to oversee.

In this position you will interact with leadership, property management, operations, and accounting while maintaining day to day autonomy. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and will have a strong understanding of real estate accounting practices and will be proficient in using Microsoft Suite, Quickbooks and experienced or interested in learning Appfolio and Buildium.

Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role. Strong organizational and communication skills are also required. Confidentiality, sound judgement, maturity, patience, professionalism, sense of humor, resilience, reliability are essential.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Managing accounts payable and receivables
• Reconciling bank statements
• Preparing financial reports
• Assisting with budgets and forecasts
• Managing ad hoc projects and journal entries
• Other duties as assigned
