About the Role:
Responsible for diagnosing, installing, and/or repairing electrical components for commercial/industrial laundry equipment with hand tools, test equipment, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair of commercial washers, dryers,
- Complete repairs at the customer's location as directed.
- Applies knowledge and ability to use hand tools and operate test equipment.
- Services all equipment according to the service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames.
- Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems, replaces worn or defective parts and wiring on location.
- Explains repairs and reviews service orders with customers in a clear manner to avoid miscommunication.
- Cleans up work area prior to leaving each job.
- Collects and submits customer payments to management promptly.
- Maintains service vehicles, performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior appliance or mechanical repair/service related experience required.
