Property Caretaker is the most important person in maintaining a clean, neat and welcoming home for themselves and their fellow residents! The physical property is cared for each day, both inside the building(s) and out. Therefore, Caretakers MUST be able to operate snow blower, shovel, lawn mower and pull weeds/maintain garden. Must be able to perform cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal etc. from the common areas without assistance and lift 50 pounds consistently.

Experience performing commercial cleaning or house cleaning service, lawn maintenance and customer service make the most successful property caretakers. Team of two whose combined experience cover all the job tasks is desired. Will consider the multi-talented individual.
