Our client, a leader in innovative biosimilar and biopharmaceutical medications, is looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join their exciting launch team. Reporting to the VP of Immunology, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by promoting cutting-edge therapies and improving patient access to advanced treatments. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Success: Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals: Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features, benefits, and approved indications.
  • Utilize Your Expertise: Demonstrate your subject matter knowledge using effective selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all interactions and activities adhere to industry regulations and our client's high standards.
  • Be the Face of Our Client: Represent our client at national and regional meetings, training sessions, and conventions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology preferred).
  • Skills: High-level selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Immunology experience with a proven track record of sales success and existing relationships with customers in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology)
  • Biologics experience strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy
  • Attributes: Initiative, resilience, drive for results, ethical integrity, and strong customer focus.

Compensation Range: 135-150K DOE 40K IC Car Allowance Benefits
