**Job Title: Concierge Dynamo** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations - Maintain a clean and organized lobby area - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages - Coordinate and manage guest check-ins and check-outs - Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information - Assist with luggage handling and storage - Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events - Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively **Skills:** - Proficient in laundering, cooking, and commercial cleaning techniques - Knowledge of custodial duties, carpet cleaning, and floor care - Strong attention to detail and ability to clean and sanitize effectively - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Concierge Dynamo.
