Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Director/Teacher to join our team.

The teacher must be a certified teacher, trained in early childhood education, with a minimum of two year’s experience teaching young children.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's development
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Incorporate special education and early intervention practices when working with children with diverse needs
- Participate in curriculum development activities to enhance educational programs

Skills:

- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Proficiency in tutoring and providing academic support
- Strong classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of special education practices for supporting students with diverse needs
- Background in childcare or early childhood education
- Familiarity with curriculum development principles for early childhood programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
