Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ophthalmic Diagnostic Testing professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office procedures, patient care, and ophthalmology.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ophthalmic diagnostic tests such as fundus photography, OCT, tonometry, and visual field testing.
- Assist with patient preparation for diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of ophthalmic conditions.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting or ophthalmology practice is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and physiology is required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
