**Job Summary:**

We are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team at a private school. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

**Duties:**

- Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher to ensure continuity in education

- Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavior management techniques

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents

- Educate students across various subjects

- Work with students with diverse needs

- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working with children or students

- Familiarity with classroom management techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to different classroom settings
