About us

Avalon Dental is a small business in Kuna, ID. Our goal is to hire an experienced dental assistant who is looking for a great dental team to call home. We are a fast-paced, professional general dentist practice.

We are looking for a full-time dental assistant. You will be responsible for preparing rooms and patients' for the dentist to be able to perform dental procedures. You must be a team player and have good communication skills. You must also have a passion for delivering high quality customer service and enjoy working with people. We are looking for a new Dental Assistant who is capable of handling multiple tasks at once and has at least 2 years of dental assisting experience. We are a fast-paced three doctor practice this position is full-time 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentist in all procedures.
  • Take dental impressions.
  • Prepare patients for dental procedures.
  • Prepare patient treatment room.,Prepare tools and equipment for dentist use.
  • Communicate with dentists and dental hygienists.
  • Manage chairside business.
  • Make temporaries
  • Place materials in sterilizer.
  • Work as a team
  • Perform child prophylaxis
  • Take x-rays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
