Currently looking for Property Managers in the Mercedes TX area that are energetic, outgoing, preferably bilingual with strong communication and organizational skills! Preferably with minimum of 2 years in Property management.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in creating a game plan for marketing and out reach to keep vacancies at minimum
Constantly follow up on leads for potential new move in’s
Make sure units are being turned and follow up daily on progress
Participate in property inspections, quarterly and or monthly move-in and move out
Assist with leasing responsibilities to maximize occupancy
Assist residents with move-in/move-out process.
Complete lease renewals with current residents (retention is important)
Process all Rent/Security deposit payments in s timely manner
Inventory and purchase of Make ready units and office supplies
Maintain the service requests and follow up
Monitor maintenance service responses to ensure a high degree of resident satisfaction
Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional fashion
Maintain the appearance of property
Being able to work in a team is very important
Requirements:
Must have Valid ID
Must be a self-starter
must have basic or better computer skills
must be able to work quickly and efficiently
must have great customer service skills
must pass credit and background check
Business hours are Monday - Friday 8 Am-5 PM on call in case of emergencies
