Bella Cafe & Grille is Hiring a Bartender Near Lexington, KY

Join Bella Cafe & Grille in Chevy Chase, where we blend the art of mixology with the elegance of fine dining. We're currently searching for an experienced bartender who shares our passion for crafting exquisite beverages and delivering impeccable service.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and serve a sophisticated selection of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a polished and inviting bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, paying attention to detail in every drink prepared.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to pair beverages with menu items and create seasonal drink specials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Adhere to all legal and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a upscale restaurant, or similar establishment.
  • Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as wine and spirits.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Certification Required are Fayette County Food Handlers card and STARS (alcohol)
  • Must be over the age of 18

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
