Job Duties:
- Perform diagnosis and repair of minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, and minor HVAC trouble-shooting.
- Perform make-ready repairs for new occupancy.
- Complete tenant and management submitted work orders.
- Identify and report conditions requiring major repair to the property manager.
- Complete other duties as requested by management.
- On call rotation required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must work well as an individual and team player.
- Must have great written and verbal communication skills as well as maintain the ability to provide pleasant customer service.
- Must be organized, have an attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
- Must be able to regularly engage in repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching out, reaching up, grasping, and pinching, as well as climb up and down stairs with ease and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
