Basic Auto Sales is a small business in Ashland, VA. We are professional and agile.

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Accountant/office manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the back end of the dealership, including P&L statements, payables, receivables, Tag and Title and all accounting functions of the dealership, including, customer accounts, audit car sale deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong dealership background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry. Solid understanding of Cox Automotive Dealer track DMS a plus.

Responsibilities:

• All Accounting functions
• Tag and Title work
• Audit all car sale deals
• Closing end of the month in a timely manner
• Assist with other administrative functions for other family businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
