Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Provider to join our team. As a Psychiatric Provider, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health care to our patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with patients.

Duties:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications for patients
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
- Valid license as a Psychiatric Provider in the state of [state]
- Master's degree or higher in Psychiatry or related field
