Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage passenger behavior, and a commitment to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
- Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit
- Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries or concerns
- Manage passenger behavior and enforce rules and regulations as necessary
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members
- Complete required paperwork, such as trip logs and incident reports

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Experience in van or bus driving is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to write and complete required paperwork accurately
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures when necessary
