Position Overview: This position will work closely with all departments and provide positive solutions to our marketing needs. Working closely with our leadership team by assisting them with best practices in brand recognition. Providing creative solutions to a growing company in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Ambassadorship:

• Develop and maintain a strong online presence for GA-MECH across various social media platforms.
• Craft engaging content to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities to attract quality employees and clients.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential candidates and clients.

2. Talent Acquisition:

• Utilize social media marketing strategies to attract and recruit talented individuals for various positions within the company.
• Research and identify potential candidates through online platforms and job boards.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

3. Sales Support:

• Provide assistance to the sales team by creating and sharing compelling content to generate leads and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.

4. Meeting Coordination:

• • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for both the sales team and hiring managers.
• • Coordinate logistics and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for meetings.

5. Research and Analysis:

• • Conduct research on promotional items and identify the most effective items to support the GA-MECH brand.
• • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or

related field.

• Proven experience in social media marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best

practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced

environment.

• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and

innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
