Busy OB/GYN office looking for an experienced (1 year) Medical Receptionist that is a self starter, proficient with electronic medical records and a team player. Multi-tasking - i.e. checking in patients, changing insurances, verifying demographics on every patient, answering multi-telephone lines and taking messages, putting up charts in a timely fashion and scheduling appointments for 2 physicians and 2 mid level providers. Filing, faxing and clerical skills a must. Applicant must have received both doses of the Covid 19 vaccine or 1 dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. This position is part time. It is 2 days a week, 8 hours per day without benefits.
