About Us:

For over 45 years, ASC Treatment Group and the Anne Sippi Clinics have provided evidence-based treatment and support for individuals with major mental illnesses. We emphasize Acceptance, Support, and Collaboration (ASC) to foster a nurturing environment. Our 51-bed residential facility is situated on a scenic 15-acre ranch alongside the Kern River, offering a unique and inviting workplace with both indoor and outdoor services. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality healthcare and monitor residents' health.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.
• Educate and support residents on health matters.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and coordinate necessary responses.
• Communicate with pharmacies, hospitals, and families regarding resident care.
• Manage lab work, medication records, and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on resident care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Current and valid Vocational Nurse license.
• Experience in residential healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records.
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver’s license.
