Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth and Family Minister to join our team. The Minister will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to the youth in our church as well as developing programs/activities for families. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that promote spiritual growth, character development, and leadership skills among youth and families
- Provide Christian counseling and support to youth facing personal challenges or crises
- Plan and lead weekly youth group meetings, including Bible study sessions, worship services, and fellowship activities
- Organize and coordinate special events such as retreats, mission trips, and community service projects for youth and families
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment where youth feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their faith
- Serve as a role model and mentor for youth, offering guidance and support in their personal and spiritual journeys
- Collaborate with parents, church staff, and volunteers to ensure the successful operation of youth ministry programs
- Deliver inspiring sermons or teachings during youth services or special events
- Provide bereavement support to youth who have experienced loss

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Christian teachings and principles
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to connect with youth on a personal level and build meaningful relationships with them and with families
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide young individuals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
