Location: Hybrid – Within 1-2 hours of Winston-Salem headquarters

Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Salary: $22-25/hour (Commensurate with education, and experience) plus $2,500 - $5,000 per placement
Summary:
The Part-Time Recruiting Specialist supports the recruiting efforts at Avid. Using education and experience, utilizes sourcing avenues for highly qualified technical candidates and others, as needed. Assists with the interview process and schedules. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and is expected to work in the Winston-Salem headquarters for initial onboarding and training, then approximately 3-4 days per month on average. Assists in further development of Avid’s desire to be an employer of choice. Participates in Avid’s vision, to be a High Performance, Next Generation System Integrator Led by an Empowered Workforce, while holding true to our core values.
