ARDENT’s Regional Operations Supervisor hold a key leadership position, and are responsible for aligning field operations and team performance with our mission of "Professionalizing The Security & Protection Industry."

Salary: $42, 000 - $48,000 plus bonus

Bonus: We offer performance bonuses annually. These bonuses are directly tied to the total number of man-hours you oversee in your designated region. This structure is specifically engineered to incentivize not just accountability and performance, but also to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Act as a role model and mentor, instilling values of honesty, integrity, and respect in your team.
  • Define and establish performance goals for Supervisors and Security Officers.
  • Create an environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, aligning team performance with company values and client expectations.
  • Implement SOPs that meet client expectations and ensure SOPs and are diligently followed.
  • Plan and coordinate security measures for specialized events and emergencies.
  • Manage the scheduling of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage for all client accounts.
  • Streamline operational processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness among Supervisors and Officers.

Client Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and transparent interactions.
  • Uphold the highest standards in service delivery to build and maintain client trust.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing for your region, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all team members.
  • Monitor operational budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for budget planning and expense monitoring related to security operations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that Security Officers on the ground know what they are supposed to know, have what they are supposed to have, and do what they are supposed to do.
  • Review incident reports and feedback for quality control and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:

  • Continuously focus on elevating the performance and efficiency of supervisors and security officers.
  • Develop and implement actionable strategies that enhance operational excellence.

Logistics:

  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all equipment inventories are adequately stocked and in good condition.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks for gear and uniforms, coordinating maintenance and replenishments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Class G Security License
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and protection services, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field desireable
