Anglers Choice Marine is seeking an assertive and self-motivated Parts Advisor to join our team. Qualified candidate must have some dealership or aftermarket parts experience and basic automotive or marine technical knowledge. Candidate must be able to multitask and have strong customer relationship skills. Job duties include and not limited to:

• Taking orders from retail/wholesale customerse, technicians and sales department by listening to their request and asking questions to ensure proper parts are obtain in a timely manner.
• Tracking orders and or locating out of stock or back order parts for customers.
• Keeping good notes on orders, RO's, and parts tickets.
• Utilizing the computer program and online parts catalogs to acquire information on parts and accessories needed to fill customer request.
• Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly on repair orders and retail and wholesale counter slips.
• Stock items by checking them in daily from the manufacturer and make sure they get located in the proper bin and shelves (some heavy lifting may be required up to 100 pounds).
• On going manufacturer training with yearly goals to meet.
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by any manager. This is still a small, family owned business. There will be odds and ends tasks that are not parts related. We just ask that you do them with a positive attitude and work together as a team.

The individual must interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner and have a productive working relationship and possess good computer skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
