This position is responsible for the coordination and the development of new housing opportunities provided by the IERA program through IHCDA. This full-time, at-will position determines enrollment eligibility of a client referral and assists the client in the development of an individualized service plan to enable them to become financially self-sufficient including providing mentoring/support, referrals, and follow-up to meet the objectives of the client’s service plan. Recruitment of clients may be necessary. This individual is also responsible for the timely completion and submission of applications to various current and future funding sources. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
