American Signature Furniture is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Henrico, VA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail environment
- Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or willingness to learn about jewelry products
- Strong technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits
- Ability to sell and upsell products to meet customer needs
