We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to help with the day to day upkeep of multiple apartment complexes in the Mooresville/Charlotte, NC areas. The position requires a self motivated individual that will be able to handle a variety of tasks on a day to day basis to help improve the overall quality of the properties under managment. Our ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, as well as technical knowledge and physical stamina to handle some of the more difficult tasks that could be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs such as repairing drywall, installation of light fixtures, changing locks.
• Painting
• Install appliances or troubleshooting repairs of appliances
• Light grounds pick up
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues and work orders
• Work order fielding, completion
• Vendor managmeent
• Pick up supplies, handle supply closets and create inventory lists
• Report to community manager and communicate issues outstanding resolved and in progress
• Collaborate with team members on renovation work and improvements needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
