Small Internal Medicine office located in Anthem, AZ looking for a full time front office receptionist to be a part of our office.
Responsibilities include scheduling, check in/check out, collecting co-pays and balances, answering phones, making and confirming appointments, e-faxing, insurance verification, prior authorization, etc.
Must be professional with a positive attitude, motivated, a self-starter, has a good sense of humor, works well with patients, can multi-task, is accurate and detail-oriented, and reliable.
Knowledge of EMR is a plus.
Full time position starting immediately. Office hours are Monday - Friday. 7:15am - 5:00pm. Please email resumes for review.
