Quality Control Specialist/Reservationist

Alpenglow Vacation Rentals is adding another friendly team member with excellent local knowledge and guest relations with a keen eye for details while inspecting for cleanliness and staging. Position also includes processing reservations, guest interaction with excellent customer service. We have an amazing, friendly team, if this appeals to you, please reach out! This position is part time and seasonal.

Company car and smart phone provided, parking in downtown garage provided.

Includes delivering supplies, taking inventory, running errands, rotating after hours phone and using smart devices, processing reservations, excellent customer service and guest relation skills, scheduling repairs/maintenance, Mac computer skills and quick learner, energetic and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, able to check on/troubleshoot TV and WiFi connectivity, etc.

Best applicant should have/be:

Strong, friendly communication and writing skills
Friendly forward thinker with efficient solutions/troubleshooter
Local knowledge with excellent navigation skills driving around downtown and west side of Bend
Strong technology proficiency and organizational skills with iPhone, iPad and Mac computers, sending texts and emails, phone etiquette
Friendly, outgoing personality able to adapt to change, able to work with a team with positive attitude.

Paid parking for personal car in downtown Bend garage.
