As the HVAC Installation Coordinator, you'll work in our North Raleigh location Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities: Manage the day to day scheduling of installations, permitting, inspections, and follow up calls. On a daily basis, you'll update and maintain the installation schedule, update customers when we're on the way, schedule inspections, follow up and close out inspections, follow up on old permits, assign and dispatch install warranty and install follow up calls. Contact next day installs for updates and friendly reminders, back up customer service, and assist others as needed.

For the HVAC Installation Coordinator position, you will need at least 2 years of HVAC administrative experience, good work ethic, and the capacity to operate a computer and learn our CRM.
