Description of Duties:

The Business Analyst will help the state of Indiana conduct interviews, facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverables are received.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Working with ERP for procurement and financial consulting; preferrable with Wordkday or Oracle Cloud.
• Conduct interviews per State guidance to gain functional business information for each of the listed Finance Functions and HCM Functions.
• Facilitate Status Meeting(s): The expectations, quantity and frequency of the meetings will be determined during contract negotiations.
• Virtual meetings are an option for function interviews
• In-person meetings may be requested to ensure deliverables are received by agreed upon times.
• Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
• Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
• Provide attention to details.
• Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindset
• Self-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
