About This Role:

We're looking for an Insurance Specialist experienced in managing Accounts Receivable in a busy dental or healthcare insurance environment. This part-time job offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and a chance to join an innovative team.

Hours:

• Part-time, flexible hours

Compensation:

• $18-26 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on pending claims.
• Appeal denied dental insurance claims.
• Coordinate with offices to request additional records and documentation.
• Monitor and report on monthly goals related to Insurance Accounts Receivable.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the insurance billing process.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
• Proficiency with 10-key punch.
• Dental office experience is a plus -but not mandatory.
