Growing, medium-size, dynamic and fast-paced Audio/Visual company has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator. This is a multi-faceted position that will perform diversified receiving, storing and distribution duties, as well as inventory control, and facility maintenance. Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Full-time position with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receiving duties include, but not limited to:

• Verify accuracy of deliveries by comparing to purchase orders. Inspect items for damage/defects.
• Complete necessary paperwork and enter information into company system.
• Unloading and unpacking items from delivery trucks.
• Transporting and storing items in appropriate warehouse location.

· Distribution duties include, but not limited to:

• Fill pick-list for upcoming jobs and load trucks
• Prepare and properly pack items for shipping
• Make deliveries/pick-ups in company truck as needed.
• Knowledge of FEDEX & UPS software systems a plus

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Operate pallet jack

· Handle building / facility maintenance, as needed

· Point person for Inventory Control

· Deliveries, as needed

Qualifications:

· Comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.; Ability to stand, bend, climb, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time.

· Strong organization and attention to detail

· Ability to follow instructions received

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Experience working with computers and networks a plus

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Willingness to learn

· Pass required background check and drug test

Required:

· Clean Driving Record

· High School or equivalent
