Find your STRIDE with Advocations at Wells Fargo! We are looking to fill Associate Security Response & Emergency Representative positions in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Duties:

• Monitor security alarms according to Wells Fargo security procedures in the Security Response Center.

• Assist in obtaining the initial information for all reported incidents.

• Work closely with other Security Response Center Analysts to ensure processes are followed according to written procedures.

• Work with alarm vendors to find solutions to problems related to alarm systems.

• Notify various bank groups/government agencies as required.

• Assist customers in resolving alarm system maintenance/service needs.

• Perform data entry in support of Security Response Center requirements.

• Other duties may be assigned.

You must have:

6 months of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and/or education.

What we are looking for:

• 1 years of call center experience

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

• Knowledge and understanding of physical security systems configuration and troubleshooting/diagnostics of physical security hardware

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Multi-tasking and handling multiple incoming phone calls

• Data entry skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong customer service experience

• Solid critical thinking skills

• Experience with crisis management

• An AA/AAS degree or higher is preferred

Availability

Flexible. Full-time positions are preferred. Locations are open 24/7. This in an on-site position. There is no remote availability.
