Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Adora Alliance provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients, with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, under 18 years of age in Tucson, Arizona. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families, while gaining valuable experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Pass background check and meet all other requirements for employment.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
