What We Are Looking For:

• A coach who is not just looking for a job, but a long-term career in coaching.

• Someone with a solid foundation in exercise science and exceptional coaching skills.
• While we mostly work with athletes, experience with both athletes and adults is highly valued.

Your Role at Achieve:

• Inspire and train clients with personalized programs in a small-group setting.
• Develop tailored programs using Achieve’s proven system of assessment and program design.
• Stay on the cutting edge of strength and conditioning trends.
• Contribute to our learning environment through regular team discussions and meetings.
• Seasonally extend your coaching expertise to local high school teams.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in strength and conditioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (Master's Preferred).
• Current industry certification (CSCS, SCCC, NSCA-CPT, etc.) or in progress.
• CPR/AED certification.

Pay: From $47,500.00 per year
