JOB SUMMARY We have an immediate opening for an experienced and reliable roof team lead in our Utah residential solar install teams. You will join our team of highly skilled electricians to install, repair, and maintain solar panel systems. All of our staff are familiar with installing power supply wiring and troubleshooting residential electrical components. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of professional experience, a current electrician’s license, and a flexible schedule. Solar experience is required, and having an electrical apprentice certificate is preferred. The job will require the employee to travel up to 75% of the time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow specifications on blueprints or technical drawings for installations
• Respond to service calls quickly and within the expected timeframe
• Perform routine maintenance on various systems as requested
• Conduct all repairs and installations according to code
• Notify the office immediately if the plan needs to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to travel 75% of the time, including overnight
• Able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams and follow specifications
• Valid driver's license
• A background check and motor vehicle check must be passed
• Solar experience required
• Having an apprentice is preferred
