Social Media Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
As the social media coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online reputation of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. In addition to overseeing all Google business listings for each provider and their reviews, this role will also involve conducting internal quality assurance processes, including reviewing cases, and identifying any breakdowns in patient reviews and experiences.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Monitor online reviews of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine across various platforms, including but not limited to Google, Rater8, and various review platforms.
· Respond promptly and professionally to client reviews and comments, addressing any concerns or issues raised with appropriate departments.
· Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online reputation of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, including proactive reputation management tactics.
· Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online channels.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in online reputation management and digital marketing techniques.
· Act as a brand ambassador for Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine by fostering positive relationships with customers online.
· Partner with the respective department leaders to resolve customer complaints and prevent future incidents.
· Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
· Review customer service interactions and case resolutions to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
· Provide actionable insights to management based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Act as a liaison between customer-facing teams and other departments to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Proven experience in online reputation management in a customer-centric industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and persuasive responses to customer reviews.
· Familiarity of review platforms and other online channels with an emphasis on the development of Google Business Listings for multiple locations and providers; including ongoing management of reviews and engagement.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from online metrics.
· Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, and branding.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
