Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Cleaner to join our team. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleaning operations in various commercial and hospitality settings. Your role will involve supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Perform regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns or requests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and in good working condition
- Launder and maintain linens, towels, and other items as required
- Perform general cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Basic knowledge of custodial procedures and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
