We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with phone systems and have excellent guest relations skills. Responsibilities:- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional customer service- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual- Check guests in and out of the hotel- Process payments and maintain accurate records- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus. Shifts:
6:00am-2:00pm, 7:00am-3:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, 4:00pm-midnight, 10pm-6am
Eligible for benefits after 90 days for full time employees.
Performance review and possible raise after 90 days
Salary: $14/hr, can be negotiated based on experience
