  • Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our 3D Barrier Bags team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring that all departments are running smoothly. They plan purchases, negotiate contracts and coordinate budgeting to make sure business continues as usual with minimal downtime or interruption of one department’s workflow. They will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure product quality, strategic goal achievement, and customer satisfaction throughout. You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various departments, such as Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT; facilitating a thorough understanding of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt to changing business needs and contribute to operational efficiency across departments.
  • Achieve performance objectives set by upper management.
  • Shadow experienced employees to absorb their knowledge, methods, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
  • Perform administrative task such as managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
  • Receive training in the functions and operations of related departments to enhance transferability and increase promotional opportunities.
  • Offer support in various departments as required, such as reporting, data entry, presentation development, strategic planning, and customer service.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to optimize efficiency.
  • Fulfil additional duties to support departmental and business operations.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as needed for the role.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience within an Operations role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience would be desirable.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates quick learning ability and a drive for career advancement.
  • Strong communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Proactive problem-solver adept at finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
  • Strategic thinker focused on advancing business goals.
  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
