Job Description:
As a Multi-Family Project Manager specializing in property restoration/turnovers, you will lead the coordination and execution of restoration projects within multi-family properties. You will collaborate closely with property owners, property management teams, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, including budget management, stakeholder coordination, and quality control.
